ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your room is avaliable after 2 PM on the day of arrival and till 11 AM on the day of departure (Apartments Vitranc till 10 AM) Do the chek-in at your hotel's reception desk, for Apartments Vitranc at Ramada Hotel & Suites reception desk (please arrive before 8 PM)

For check - out please report at your hotel's reception desk on the day of your departure.

PARKING

Guests of the hotel and visitors of hotel's events (seminars, conventions) have free parking infront of the hotel. Other visitors must pay the usage of the parking place according to the price list. Paymest is possible at cash register or at the hotel's reception desk.

Hotel guests must register at reception desk with the parking ticket.

MEALS

Breakfast: from 7 AM till 10 PM
Lunch: from 12 PM till 2 PM*
Dinner: from 6.30 PM till 8.30 PM

*Lunch is served in one of the hotels, previous announcment is required.

WIFI

Free wifi is avaliable throughout the hotels:

• Kompas Hotel: KOMPAS-GUESTS
• Ramada Resort, Ramada Hotel&Suites and Vitranc Appartments: HIT Alpinea Free Wifi

TV

You can connect to the TV in the hotel rooms via your smart mobile device or computer - a mirror image a.k.a smart view:

• The smart view process is easy. The time required for the connection is approx. 30 seconds.
• Smart view takes place either via hotel wifi or your own mobile data. Each television is labeled with the number of the room you are staying in. This number is displayed on your the phone for confirmation during the connection process. It is also necessary to press "ok" or "allow" on the TV to connect.
• Hit Alpinea does not have its own Netflix. You can watch it here via your application, your subscription and your smart device (process described above).
• The same applies to all the applications you have on your smart devices (Youtube, games, ...).
• When the TV is turned off, everything is deleted and the smart view process must be repeated when the TV is turned on again.

PETS

Pets are wellcome at Kompas Hotel and at Vitranc Appartments. Each visiting pet gets his own bed and bowl for drinking. Additional fee for pet is 15 €/per night.

SMOKING

... in hotel accommodations and all indoor areas of the hotel is prohibited, in accordance with national law. In case of non-compliance with the ban, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost of additional cleaning, amounting to 150.00 EUR.

QUIET NIGHT

During the period between 10 PM and 6 AM a quiet night is required. Shouting, playing loud music and slamming doors are not allowed. During this time we make an effort to minimize any disturbance to felloww resident during this period.

BATH ROBE AND TOWELS

An aditional fee must be payed for the bath robe when used (5,00€). 

You can rent large towels for swimming pool and wellnes at reception desk (2,00€/towel).

WASHING AND IRONING

You can simply put your dirty clothes into the bag (find it in the closet in your room) and fill out the attached form. All items recived by 9.00 AM will be returned in 12 hours, items recived later will be returned in 24 hours.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

You can store your luggage at reception desk at your hotel on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. Make the most of your time, while your luggage is safely storaged at our hotels.

SKI AND BICYCLE STORAGE

Hotel guests can storage their skis and bicycles in a special storage room at the hotel.

FORGOT YOUR ESSENTIALS?

Dear guests, don't worry if you have forgotten to put your essentials in your suit case. You can get these basic essentials for free at reception desks at your hotel: 

• razor and shaving cream
• tooth brush and tooth paste 
• comb
• sewing kit
• nail pile
• sanitary pads
• tampons
• deodorant (additional fee)

CREDIT CARDS

It is possible to pay with majority of credit cards, except wit American Express. 

INVENTORY

Please refrain from damaging or removing any inventory. Altering the arrangement of the interior furnishings is also not desirable. The guest is responsible for leaving the room or apartment in the same condition as they recived it. Any damages incurred in the apartment will be charged as per agreement.
